عندما غادر الطفل حضن والديه منتقلاً الى مدرسة الحياة طلبًا للنضوج والمعرفة، إعتقد البعض أنه إعتزل واندثر… لكن الطفل الذي ولد من رحم وطن بحجم لبنان وقداسته، لا يمكن الا ان يكون على قدر التحديات، فيخرج كطائر الفينيق أقوى من الرماد، ويظهر أصلب بعد التضحيات.
طفل صغير ولد للوطن، وغاب عن ناظريه سنوات ما هي الا لمحات في عمر وطن الارز الخالد… وها هو يعود، يعود شابًا ناضجًا، متزنًا، مكتنزًا حكمة الكهول وحماسة الشباب.
وطنيته لم تتغير … علمانيته لم تتغير … هدفه لم يتغير …عاد أكثر نضوجًا ووعيًا ووضوحًا في الرؤية.
الليبجورنال عائد قريبًا بحلةٍ جديدة ليحتل موقعًا مميزًا في بلدٍ مميز، ليحصّن الكلمة الحرّة، فيكون منبرًا للأفكار المتحررة  التي تبني ولا تهدم ، توحّد ولا تفرّق، تنشر المحبة وتبتعد عن الكراهية، تبني الجسور ولا تنبش القبور …كبر الطفل وصار رجلاً وسيدةً  وها هم عائدون إلى الوطن.

When a child is born, rejoicing and happiness prevails. But raising children is too much harder than getting them. Lebjournal was once a child, who was born by greatparents. However, when the parents were busy in various ways, the child continued to grow and gain more knowledge and experience.
Today, Lebjournal grew up and became ready to act, to create a distinguished space for freedom of expression, and to promote better understanding of its homeland Lebanon.Lebjournal committed itself for change. Touting the benefits of tolerance, as opposed to trying to shame people for their prejudices, Lebjournal will not highlight problems only, but will try to point out creative solutions for them.
It is a message of peace and mutual understanding between different cultures and beliefs in a divided world. Lebjournal is the Lebanese conscience which cannot be bought or sold. It is the voice that speaks for truth, the voice that calls for love and solidarity…
