A Poor Kid
He was born in a poor family
Which her members can eat barely
He suffered when he was too young
From hunger that is so strong
His family was so poor
And when he was sick,
no one brought him medicine that would be his cure
so that healthiness he could seek
He was to the streets
At the age of five
All day begging on the streets
To get money so that his family can survive
Hi father just wanted to relax and sit back
And he don’t care if his children from the streets came back
That little boy was so skinny
And his body was so tiny
In winter time, he was found shivering
While he was on the streets begging
He always returned with money or food
And he always tried the best he could
He just wanted to please his dad
Whom he never wanted to make him mad
His mother loved him with all her heart
To make her happy he always worked hard
On the streets, with him people were so rude
And his body was nearly nude
He always didn’t return home
Until he had money to get back home
And on day searching on the streets he stayed
While him his luck betrayed
And that night was so cold
And to stay on the streets no one could hold
But he kept begging for food or money
And he didn’t want to return home with no money
And suddenly hunger hit him as bad as it can
And he looked around and he found a big garbage can
He jumped in that can searching for food
But for his bad luck, he couldn’t find any food
Now time betrayed him
And the darkness of the night surrounded him
He didn’t return home
Because he didn’t have any food or money
And he wanted the morning to come
Because he wanted to be lucky and get an amount of money
Also he didn’t know how to return home
Because he couldn’t knew which way leads him home
Since the darkness of the night
Totally blocked his sight
He decided to take the big can as his bed
And there his night he wanted to spend
And the darkness hours we passing by
But could that little kid survive?
Would he handle the coldness?
Would he have in warmth?
And the morning arrived
But that child couldn’t survive
His body couldn’t handle the coldness
And his heart gave away all his warmth
At night, he could only see the darkness that him surround
But in that morning he couldn’t realize that people were around
He was freezing like an ice cube
That was lying in that big garbage tube
His lips were so blue
As if someone brought that color and put it on them using glue
His eyes were widely starring
As he was day dreaming
And that night, hunger his stomach was hardly bearing
Maybe at night about food he was dreaming
But what is the people’s impression
About that little person
Who would they blame
For the death that on this poor kid’s door came?
Would death be the destiny
Of any poor kid who share this kid with the same destiny?
Or would these kids have a normal life
Just like any other kid who is living his life?
Or would the governments take care of poor kids
And drive death away from the doors of these kids?
